I am so tired of companies attempting to give me permission to like stuff.
From now on every time I see "for [gender]" associated with a product because of a slight cosmetic difference, I will immediately look for an alternative.

Its so upsetting and weird to me that once a quarter I have to pay money to get approval to pay money to get medication that lets me earn money.

AI in the software development world is more like the transition from punch cards to actually keying in code on a keyboard than anything else. The job will change, some new skills will be needed, but it still will require training and skill.

There should be something similar to PTO for days when you can answer simple questions and deal with emergencies but you know that trying to do your normal day to day work will just be something both your and your employer regret.
