Okay BlueSky. I have a yard and a desire to garden this year. What are some VERY BEGINNER plants I should be looking into? Bonus points if I can eat it. Extra bonus points if I will want to eat it as I am a picky bitch.

Something I wrote elsewhere but is relevant here, as we start this first full week of February 2025:

Doing my job this week feels so ridiculous considering what is happening in our country right now. But also it feels more important than ever for these kids to find joy and community and empathy in music. Looking for tips on not crying at work.

If anyone needs a wood chipper to handle the branches that came down in the winds we've been having let me know. She is a little slow, but she gets the job done. *Woodchips produced may be fewer than expected due to snackies.

So far homeownership has been "fixing" incredibly minor house issues. And doing a bad job. And saying damnit. And then ordering another version of the thing we ordered to fix it because we did a bad job of measuring/reading/understanding the first time. Also Stardew Valley.

My classroom thermostat says it is currently 65F in my room. Now I don't want to call it a liar, but I am in fact shivering right now while on lunch. Literally looking forward to my next class so I can do some dancing and maybe warm up.
