Something I will always hold fast on is that Illumination only ever made one good movie and it was The Lorax. Everything they've ever made was just playing it safe, they're only treading on ground they know works, and the only nice thing you can say about them is they seem to understand WHY it works

And now I have Zeraora. Just need to get the sword trio & Keldeo and I think I'll have cleared Pokemon Legends: Z-A.
Also found a shiny altaria in the same zone and then turned around and found a gimmighoul zone that had the "catch a shiny pokemon" mission so uh. My shiny luck is back.

Bad news: Internet is still Fine, but there are other Circumstances that are going to create a LOT of noise in the house tonight so I will probably be unable to stream.
Good news: I guess that's more time to catch up on the video project backlog that late 2025 left me with.

I remember being in high school and the guys who wanted to do film would absolutely salivate at the idea of a Red cinema camera.
Wonder how they're all doing now that there's a model under $3k.

If you ever need a new anime I cannot recommend Punch Line enough. The premise makes it sound like a silly fanservice show and it may seem like everyone is just goofing around in the first half but The Payoff? Oh man the payoff is huge.

No studio will ever generate 4 options and be like one of these is perfect. They will generate hundreds/thousands driving up executive indecision and take just as long. The actual problem is not how long artist take, its leadership not knowing exactly what they want. AI will not solve that.
