I like campfires. I love it so much I have campfire and cricket sounds playing for me to fall asleep. It reminds me of when I was 10 & we’d go tent camping- the sounds helped me sleep then too.
What's the single most perfect sound a human can hear? I think it has to be the wind rustling through the trees when there is no other noise around.

My 7 year old started asking me about atomic bombs so it lead to us talking about Hiroshima & Nagasaki, which lead us to the Manhattan Project, which led us to the bomb sites in New Mexico, which led us to talking about the government lying to people who lived in the surrounding areas, 1/2

I spent ~ $30 to overnight a money order for certified copies of something to an out of state court and they sent it back via snail mail only to let me know I gave them $1.50 too much and have to send it all back. 😀

I got pre workout, but I haven’t drank it in a while, and I’m also on adderall for my adhd. I didn’t want to overload my heart so today I only drank the pre workout to see how my body responds.

This isn’t a symptom of a “detox” either. I’ve been like this since I can remember & the insomnia runs in my family. I’m vibin with AuDHD, OCD, CPTSD, PMDD- like, I need to sleep and I cannot 😂
