Another washout weekend, but while walking in the rain I stumbled upon this gorgeous pink camellia, utterly defiant, dripping with raindrops, and making its own sunshine anyway. Happy weekend, everyone! #Saturday #wetweather

Nothing brings me back to reality faster than shipping that costs 150% of the item. My cart has been abandoned.

Took a break from the screen for a stroll around the garden in the sunshine. After days of gloom, it’s lovely to embrace a spring-like day. Buds are appearing everywhere, and the daffs have shot up even more since I last looked a few days ago. The camellia in the front yard is covered in blooms.

💡 Just had an ah-ha moment looking at video engagement data. While the guru-led masses rush one direction, I go the opposite – finding quiet lanes with almost no competition. For me, these hidden opportunities only reveal themselves when I'm already deep in the work. #Creators #Marketing

That green powder you take every morning? It might actually be harming you.

Most supplements are full of synthetic vitamins your body can't use. Here's how to tell the difference — and what actually works.

My productivity has officially peaked for today. Time to give my brain a rest with a cuppa and reflect on what I’ve accomplished. There’s still a brand video to brainstorm, but right now, a pot of tea is the top priority!

More signs that spring is just around the corner. The hazel catkins are noticeable everywhere now.

The morning fog's finally lifted to reveal... a grey blanket sky! 😢 Making my own sunshine with a secret family recipe, plus I have a fresh supply of hot cross buns to toast. Have a fab Thursday, everyone!

After 28 days of resistance, I've finally caved and added Coldplay to my playlist again. Turns out it really was an Adventure of a Lifetime! 🎵 Better late than never, right?

Is it just me, or has January 2026 been about 47 days long? We still have another WEEK of this month, and it feels like we've already lived through three months' worth of chaos and news.

After a week of gloomy weather, Saturday morning finally brings sunshine ☀️ The daffodils on the window ledge are celebrating in full bloom, soaking up the sunlight like they’ve been waiting all week for this moment. Happy weekend, everyone!

Blue Monday, apparently. Meanwhile, the snowdrops are doing just fine. First blooms of 2026.

Running so late this morning. But it's Sunday, the drumbeat is set to "slow down." The sun is out; gardening beckons. Wishing everyone a happy, relaxed day. 🌞

Turns out rural woodlands have more microplastics than cities – trees are literally filtering pollution from the air. So I rewrote The Teddy Bears' Picnic – who wants to tackle the next verse of "The Microplastics Picnic"? [1/2]

More microplastics found in rural woodland than major city. Here’s why
Researchers have also found “enormous” amounts of microplastics floating through urban air – far exceeding previous estimates.

The first work week of January is almost over and the holidays already feel like a distant memory. But look on the bright side: only 70 days until the spring equinox. We're slowly getting there. Happy Friday, everyone!

After a solid day at the screen, I thought I'd punish myself with 40 minutes on the bike trainer. Legs are protesting and bed is now looking remarkably inviting. GN 💤

Overslept! But I did work late last night: doing the zig while everyone does the zag, trying to out-slop the AI slop. I think that’s a futile game in 2026. I agree with Randy Gage – the real framework is discernment, distribution, and discovery. In other words: authenticity & trust. Happy Thursday!
