Today, the Trump administration repealed the endangerment finding: the ruling that served as the basis for limits on tailpipe emissions and power plant rules. Without it, we’ll be less safe, less healthy and less able to fight climate change—all so the fossil fuel industry can make even more money.

Throwback to Pam Bondi’s campaign ad for Florida AG:

“I’ll fight to put human trafficking monsters where they belong. Behind bars.”

The ad aged. The internet remembers.

This is a huge rebuke of Trump by Republicans. A bigger deal than it might seem.

🚨 6 Republicans joined Democrats in backing the resolution to cancel Trump’s Canada tariffs sponsored by Rep Gregory Meeks.

NEW: A page from Bondi's burn book. This is a list of the searches by Rep Jayapal of the unredacted Epstein files. That means the DOJ grabbed her search terms from the computers they set up for members of congress to view the Epstein files to use as ammunition. The photo is from Reuters.

Frost on seeing the "unredacted" Epstein files: A few takeaways. Number one, there's a lot of documents that are still redacted. When I asked the DOJ about it, they said they received it that way, which means that Kash FBI kept them redacted when they gave it to the DOJ, which is interesting...

The idea that Congress is powerless to stand up to Trump is wrong.

The Senate took action and today the House finished the job in reversing these tariffs that are costing you money.

It’s just a start. We need to find our power and use it to fight for you and your families.
219-211, House votes to pass the resolution by @meeks.house.gov to terminate Trump's tariffs on Canada. Six Republicans join Democrats in voting YES, while one Democrat votes NO.

Every photo from Minneapolis looks like this. Cops decked out with guns and full tac gear facing off against people in bathrobes, parkas, and sweatpants armed only with whistles and cell phones.

Yet every verified MAGA chode on X dutifully calls it a riot or violent insurrection.

Lawyer for Epstein survivors: The DOJ did a disastrous job in redacting the names of the survivors, but it seems that they've done a profound, over-broad job when it comes to redacting the names of those in Jeffrey Epstein's circles to protect them.
