This recipe says to de-skin the chilis and remove the seeds. Fuck that. 😂 why did I just roast them if I’m taking all the roasty bits away? 🍽️🍜

Now that’s a good sauce. I’ll post the ingredients in a bit… but… roasted tomato and garlic, a passel of peppers, caramelized onion, apple cider vinegar, badass honey, and a healthy healthy portion of very high proof rye. Dernit. 🍽️🍜 That’s the best sauce I’ve made. 😂🎵☺️🙏🏼
