Someone make it make sense to me if I go to sleep before midnight I only get 1-2 hours of sleep. But if I’m up til 2-3 in the morning I get 3-4 but obviously either way I’m still exhausted the next day. Like cool I know my brain and body hate themselves I guess but why make it worse?
