And on the topic of growth, I did gain weight. Yes. But I did it for me. Gaining the weight was hard, it was difficult for my brain to be comfortable with it. Sometimes it still is. But I’ll never be that before picture ever again. 2026 is only going to continue to be a healthier me 🤍
