For the first time, Russia struck the Cabinet of Ministers building in Kyiv with an Iskander-K cruise missile (9M727) carrying a 450 kg warhead, which failed to detonate, Defense Express reports. The fire on the upper floors was caused by the rocket’s fuel tanks igniting.
