So here is probably what is going to be an ongoing biography of my chaos.

My practice is civil mediation and arbitration. I handle cases ranging from personal injury through complex commercial litigation.

I arbitrate for FINRA and AAA and others and I am a FCIArb.
At some point, it is their world, not ours.
Obama: "At some point, you age out. You're not connected directly to the immediate struggles that folks are going through. I'm not making a hard and fast rule here, but I think Democrats do well when we have candidates who are plugged into the moment. To the zeitgeist. To the times."

Every ICE agent must be removed from Minnesota and all other states.

I don’t know how to legally do this, but my thought is every agent who does not have an actual Judge signed warrant while on duty and in public must be arrested as a public dangers
I just spoke with the White House after another horrific shooting by federal agents this morning. Minnesota has had it. This is sickening.

The President must end this operation. Pull the thousands of violent, untrained officers out of Minnesota. Now.

Our legal system exists because we choose it. There’s no universal law of justice, nothing in the periodic table that says “law.”

We must demand it. We must demand it serve the people.
Jack Smith: "My fear is that we have seen the rule of law function in our country for so long that many of us have come to take it for granted. The rule of law is not self-executing. It depends on our collective commitment to apply it."

Welp, Ted’s trip to CA is verified - but I maintained my skepticism because there’s no airport in Laguna Beach!

There are no United flights to Laguna Beach. There’s no airport in Laguna Beach.

I want this picture to be true, but I got questions, man.

I am a cynical woman in the age of deep fakes and AI

What I deeply resent is the fact that this is made me save pictures of Ted Cruz to my phone!

Especially when you don’t agree with those voices. Listen anyhow.

You will be surprised what you learn.
Following marginalized voices makes you smarter and better informed than a million hours of consuming any Murdoch-owned news media.

And mediation and negotiation classes…
Breaking: All International law and constitutional law classes will no longer have final exams. You will be graded on reflection papers, as there's just no way to put together an exam rubric at this time.

And Tiny atom, who did not die, learned the best of Tims and the worst of Tims.
And Tiny Tim, who did not die, had the time of his life, no, he never felt like this before, yes I swear, it's the truth, and he owes it all to Scrooge
And Tiny Tim, who did NOT die, where the shadows lie, One Tim to rule them all, One Tim to find them, One Tim to bring them all, and in the darkness, bind them.

A 43-year-old father of two, Ahmed al Ahmed, snuck up & tackled a gunman to disarm him. Ahmed was shot twice.

Both Jewish & Muslim faiths teach that “to save one life is to save all humanity.” Let us hold fast to our humanity.❤️

I always trust the Republicans to do exactly but they say they’re going to do.

And I never trust the Democrats to do what needs to be done.
Jeffries: "These Republicans have tried to repeal the ACA more than 70 different times. They're not acting in good faith in dealing w/healthcare crisis they're visiting on the American people. This is the same group who just enacted the largest cut to Medicaid in history in their big ugly bill."

As a self proclaimed master negotiator, he should be aware that he has to bring something to the table for the other side to want to engage with him.
Canadian multimillionaire and Shark Tank guy Kevin O'Leary went on TV to say he's upset Zohran won't talk to him: "I and others who invest in real estate have tried to get a meeting to figure out what's rhetoric and what's policy. So far for me it's been crickets."

The key to good legal writing is clarity. Exceptional clarity persuades. Unclarity sows doubt.

Not key? Originality. Humor. Cleverness. A distinctive voice. Torrents of peripheral legal authority. Demonstrations of opposing counsel’s stupidity and bad faith.

Edit for clarity.
