Rereading this at the start of the year, as has become habit.

Once again it connects me to (and reminds me of my separation from) the plenitude of thought & art which in theory is the hinterland of my daily work ('just over there') but which in practice the demands of a growing startup don't allow.

Do they have a name, in rhetoric, these evocative lists, these lyrical passages/paysages?
