Did you know that when you image fixed Plasmodium flagella at super-resolution, you can even see where they lie over each other, like strands of spaghetti? I didn't either until this afternoon 🔬

Congrats to Dr. Ryan Pink & PhD student Bethy Airstone on securing an #STFC #Research grant to access the ISIS Neutron & Muon Source at Harwell. They’re using neutrons traveling at 84% the speed of light to study extracellular vesicles for more precise healthcare diagnostics. #oxfordbrookes
