Hops are one of the four cornerstone ingredients of beer. They add both bitterness and aroma to the finished drink. Their antimicrobial properties also help to prevent the beer spoiling. Where would we be without these little green cones?

Now is the season of our Cosmic Jellyfish. It's a Slovenian hopped light ale with tropical and citrus flavours along with a tempting floral aroma.
