Underrated point of discussion with the AI + social media uproar is giving thanks to patrons of the arts, especially non-artists, who are willing to put in the effort to support artists at a time when it has never been easier or more normalized to do the opposite.

I’ve worked so hard this month (7 day weeks since surgery) but sales aren’t matching my energy. I am taking a few days off for the holidays bc I NEED rest. But I also still need another $700 to make rent. I have stuff in my shop or you can send me an Xmas gift tip. Thank you and Happy Holidays 💜

This is legit one of my favorite pieces of Sid; he's based on a transitional time/environment in my life when I was going from a bad situation to what turned out to be a brighter future, so the dark clouds behind and looking towards the sun really captures that perfectly.
