There is no way the 1989 tragedy was all the fault of the authorities. That is why there were not guilty verdicts in the criminal trials. They, Police etc, made many mistakes, and lied later. But the fans should not have been turning up just before kick off. I know people who witnessed that.

Canada has a serious NATO defense system, already in place, to deter any nation from attacking any NATO Arctic nation. Added to European, again NATO, build up on Greenland, working with Canada, Denmark, to deter any country from trying to attack any NATO country in The North Atlantic.
