My problem is not Laura and @bbcnews.bsky.social saying how unhappy many people may be. It is with speculation on how people vote. Speculation influences how people vote Chris Mason makes the same mistake pretty often.
It is maybe, maybe, not bias, but is favouring, if not deliberate.

A report coming out today on a terrible event. Not specifically to do with that, but I think the 2 top priorities following any disaster or major incident are to establish exactly what happened, and learn lessons.
Re blame, it is very unusual that one person, or one organisation totally to blame.

I think the title of greatest ever bowler is between Barnes, Tate and Warne. Maurice Tate pretty quick they say, but none of them out and out pace. Yet there seems this frenzy for speed.

Joe Root is a great player, and no reason to think he is not a nice man. But in his comments on cricket he seems to be getting a little "precious". Part of the "we play too much/don't like this kind of cricket" brigade.

Travel domestic cricket in Sept 26 should be by coach. Removes risk driving from them. No County pro should be driving on a motorway. Local travel to home from their base ground, taxi. They should live or lodge within county they play for. Busy Sept programme because FC game banished from August.

Disappointed with @libdems.org.uk response to Budget, saying they would not raise taxes, instead rely on growth to bridge gulf between money coming in/out of our Exchequer. Trouble is growth difficult to achieve with massive international uncertainty and some jerk playing stupid games with tariffs.
