I know I just made a vegetable curry a few weeks ago but I had to make more today because we got a surprise harvest of tomatoes, potatoes, and eggplant from a neglected corner of the yard.

My (very Southern/white) wife went to the South Asian market trying to buy jalebi but she kept asking for gulab jamun because she got the names mixed up, lol.
They don’t even sell gulab jamun, the checkout lady must have been so confused, lol.

So the BBQ went well, but I’m trimming more fat off the next brisket. I know they say it’s flavor but that was too much fat left over.
