So I'm in Walmart over the weekend chatting up the checkout clerk and I ask if it's been hectic. This leads to an unsolicited story about Black Friday the week before. Apparently an All Hands day due to expected traffic. Only the customers didn't show up. Staff mostly stood around with nothing to do

It's worth noting that while the author rails against the Nazi's on twitter his publication enjoins you to follow them on the aforementioned site.

Imagine if your favorite neighborhood bar turned into a Nazi hangout.

The average SNAP benefit per month is $177 a person.

The average ACA benefit per month is up to $550 a person.

People want us to hold the line for a reason. This is not a matter of appealing to a base. It’s about people’s lives.

And working people want leaders whose word means something to them.

Find a No Kings protest Saturday and go!

Don't worry that you've never been to a protest before. Don't worry about being dressed wrong or looking out of place. Don't worry that you don't agree about everything -- or even about much -- with lots of people at the protest.

Both of the co-founders of Turning Point USA died from things that were preventable, but which they mocked and urged this nation to ignore. Bill Montgomery was killed in 2020 by COVID and Charlie Kirk was killed in 2025 by gun violence.

I'll be honest, I was an Epstein skeptic until pretty recently. Or not a skeptic, exactly, so much as a cynic: all these people are awful and we will never know the truth so why waste energy.

I am now a full-scale believer that he was murdered, and that powerful people are in those files.

When I was little, the U.S. military came to our home at gunpoint and took me and my family away. We were imprisoned for years in barbed wire camps simply because we were Japanese American. I have spent my life telling that story, hoping it would never be repeated.

A U.S. surgeon trying to have a “peer to peer” consultation with a doctor at a health insurance company who is hiding his identity as her patient gets denied coverage. And it gets worse from there. You have to see it to believe it.
