These are the current experiments in mead making. They turned out really well. Like marketable well. Hope to be in production soonish.

Getting serious about making mead. Getting into bochet, which is when you cook the honey down and caramelize it before fermentation. Still trying to come up with names though. BILF Meadery is the front runner so far...

It bears repeating that 5calls.org makes it incredibly easy to contact your reps. They give you the phone numbers, a script to read, and a run down of what is happening with each issue. I just called my senators in my pjs half awake and I'll probably do it some more later
It's cruel. It's an incredible escalation of their anti-trans culture war. And there is still a chance to stop the provision in the Senate, so if you have a trans person in your life you care about, I implore you - make your voice heard with your Senators. Both of them. Republican OR Democrat.
