I’ve seen people say horrible people in office aren’t/weren’t challenged. Well, that’s not really true.
There are & have been challengers, but they don’t get nearly as much attention as they should get.

I love a good haunted house story, but a haunted house story with a twist? I cannot recommend this novel, enough.
I first saw it as a recommendation by Stephen King. Turns out that guy knows what makes a great story. Who woulda thunk it? 😉😏

Just finished “We Live Here Now.”
I love a good haunted house story, but a haunted house story with a twist? I cannot recommend this novel, enough.

As the daughter of a Vietnam War disabled Veteran, this is a bittersweet day. It’s an honorable path, but it’s not a propaganda film.
Risking life, limb, and sanity deserves more.

Saying “Happy Veterans Day,” to me, feels…I don’t know how to put it.

This morning, I ate a leftovers breakfast. Chicken noodle soup I made on Saturday and bread I baked on Sunday.
My dog, Teddy, watched me eat, after he’d had his own breakfast. When I finished the bread, he walked away. So I know what he wanted. I’ll take it as a complement.

On this Veterans Day , November 11, 2025 take heed of the very real fact that many of our nation’s active duty military must wait in lines at food banks, must apply and use SNAP benefits and are being politically manipulated to participate in unconstitutional actions against fellow Americans !

Dogs are the absolute best. They are pure love, even when they’re spoiled rotten.
Ever since I brought my Teddy home, I’ve felt a drive for all dogs (and cats, horses, bunnies, gerbils, hamsters, etc etc) to be safe and well, with their people, because a Soul Dog is a Blessing.

I started reading “Nobody’s Girl,” Virginia Roberts Guiffre’s posthumous memoir, a couple of weeks ago.
It isn’t an easy read. And that’s before she meets Jeffrey Epstein.
