Having marathoned a lot of RE games this past month and a half, I still think the original trilogy holds up better.
I miss when there was more genuine mystery and intrigue instead of the gameplay being a slave to just delivering a cinematic mid-game plot twist.

Almost done with RE Village. This game has really high highs and really low lows.
I really wished the castle or the doll maker's house was expanding into being the majority of the game. The rest so far feels pretty bleh.

I learned just now that my XDJ AZ registers as an audio input in OBS automatically.
Man, I used to have to route cables on my RX and now it's just a USB C with no fussing.

I finished RE7.
One of the goofiest endings to a game ever. Otherwise, the game was great. Solid 8/10 for me.
I feel like they ran out of enemy variety after the midpoint. I fought the same enemies for the rest of the game.
