Went for an hour walk this morning ✨ been feeling gross lately and trying to make better changes.
I honestly feel so good right now. Anxiety has been a little more frequent so hopefully this helps me out

The slow mornings are the best. The kind where I'm eating a breakfast I made for myself while reading some fanfic. My cats are looking out of the window with sleepy gazes. Life has good moments
