Animator of all things save the dead (sorry), dispeller of one-size-fits-all hat myth. Conflicted on most issues due to empathy, NO DMs, NO BS, NO tests, Freedom and the good life are a team sport without costumes.
Trumps biggest failure for me is he doesn't know what a "job" is. He was voted in by people who have jobs, to do a job, but he has never done a job in his life in that he has never worked for someone else. He is running the US as "his" investment, not our livelihood and security. Bankrupt Inc.

The more I think about Ai, the more I realize the danger we have already been dealing with since the dawn of man, namely the yesman/yeswoman. As they enable stupidpeople with power to use it with confidence.

Words; they are always evolving. Our command of them, our meaning from them, over time, over each persons interpritations, over translations. They fly now at the speed not of thought but light, and in doing so, unleash the code that may one day give life to what is after us. Our war of words. wow

Anger never dies
It's part of life
It's part of you
The end will cease the fire
And make us accept
We tend to lose - Hooverphonic

I admit I am oldish and still do not understand humanity. Like when people raise a fuss about pineapple on a pizza, when tomatoes are a fruit, a pizza is a pie, and people were already adding tiny slivered fish to it. Gross

It is so simple, so beautiful, "Are you OK?" the last words of a man that should not have been murdered. This should be our new slogan to combat what we have turned into. They are the words of a helper, a healer. Words of empathy to defeat words of anger and entitlement, the Anti-MAGA as a tribute.

Throughout history, if, as a country, you run up a deficit while abandoning your allies... You are looking to start a very large war.

Just an observation... a lot less women are shelping snacks around in their purses. Don't you get hungry anymore, or is it the economy or something else?

Things I believe to be true with no evidence: Somewhere in America, there is likely a menu item called "Fried Salad."

Hearing from other world leaders makes me sad, as some of them got there by their intellect and diplomatic skills, and my jealousy is higher than I would like.

MAGA women, when you shave, do you like leave a landing strip or go full Hitler?

Tech companies SHOULD make consumer products again, not consumers AS products. By selling your customers nothing they can own, why should they buy yours when someone else can make the same product and undercut you to get your "customers" repeatedly until the margin is your capital investors.

Why inequality is dangerous. The upper class has "problems", the middle class has "worries," the lowerclass has "fears." The greater the # of people who feel they are moving down... the more everyone fears. Fear shuts off hearing, listening, and hearts; only survival remains. We already know this.

Well, America, we are garbage country now, no more hiding it.

If they check ordinary people for gang tattoos to be able to deport them if they are here legally who is checking ICE for Nazi and racist Tattoos?

Honest question, the Fed was supposed to have independence... why is the chair elected from outside? I can see nominating for the seats, but the chair should be by their opinion, right?

I like odd food combinations and cultural blurring. Like right now, I want Coconut shrimp, mango chutney to dip in, Mexican sweet corn, and Thai spring rolls. But instead, I will sleep, might as well dream it, as I am too tired for anything else.

I guess I will never get those who think justifications mean things are balanced or equivalent. Wrong is wrong, no matter who does it or why. Harm is an incredibly hard thing to remedy.

I am so old I will have to explain the band name Porno for Pyros to younger people because they were printed and therefore burnable... and of course how easy it was to make movie plots before cell phones.

All of our political problems lie in the fact that someone doesn't know the difference between asking to do a contract job, vs being a king. Because they never had to work for someone.

A friend asked me to say one positive thing about the current administration. A: Well, I have a greater empathy for oppressed people now, and we have a lot to learn from them, with our response to this.

Love a good nap, but when a 2-hour nap turns into a 5-hour day, it's gone, the day is gone.

Suggestion for a better world: spend 10 min more than usual if you are a pet owner playing with your pet. If you have a significant other, a loved one, or a family member who needs a pick-me-up spend just 5 min sharing nice trend changes in your partner you have seen lately, then hug 1 whole minute.

What reforms should we make? Here is one, stop giving and re-scrutinize immunity to public officials and law enforcement. Harder to do a job is fine if it forces people to follow the laws they are supposed to protect. Make them think hard about empowering themselves and the cost.

Make no mistake, what I fear most in terms of uncertainty for America is not now. We have a lot of work to do to fix things. What I fear is what happens when this ends. The worst will scrapple and scheme for "legacy," and all of the bandwidth of resistance will likely be wasted on "direction."
