I need to do some things to take care of me. So I am starting to go to the gym again. It has been awhile but I know it will help me feel better overall. Now I just need to find a "plan" of what to do. I started today with simple cardio. I am happy to pay a trainer to help me get started.

Let's try this flight again. Last night's final flight home was cancelled so I had to get a last minute hotel room for the night. Looks like this one should be on time. The joys of travel.

This weekend has been a roller coaster of emotions. Seeing friends and catching up with friends was amazing. The memorial service for our friend pulled at all my heart strings.

This evening for my husband and a friends birthday we went across the river and into the swamps to a restaurant we all knew if but had not been to, Mosca's. It's been around since 1946 and has ties to the mob. It's simple but amazing. We will be back. Desert "pineapple fluff"

I was 17 when I admitted it to myself. I was 21 when I started to come out to friends and family. I'm now 57.
While coworkers in my late 20's knew I was gay. I wasn't openly out or discussed it at work till my early 40's.
