if a therapist is stressing you out before the first appt you’re not gonna go into it with a good mindset so it’s rly not worth trying atp in time (can always revisit later)

literally SO stoked it’s gonna be the closest D1 team to me and it’s accessible by driving and train and it’s where my wife and her sister went to university!! it is so neat to have a tie to the school on top of it being the closest

fair life protein shakes just taste like chocolate or strawberry milk and are lactose free, and i do evolve vanilla protein shakes in my iced coffee most mornings and that’s helped me a lot

barebells taste like candy bars and sugar alcohol but are a fun break in texture/consistency. kind breakfast protein bars aren’t the highest in protein (8 g) but have carbs and tasty great
