Seven months on! In a meeting yesterday, the analogy came up: to climb Everest, you must ascend and then descend to acclimatise. Recovery is much the same. I spend a few days a week struggling to walk due to strength training, but I move forwards. Setbacks and challenges are all part of the journey.
