Whilst working on maters to support staff I am reminded this of how difficult I find putting into words what effective practice looks like and the reasoning behind strategies. Blogs, threads and books are a real aid to me. So thank you and keep ‘em coming!

It is very early days but this platform feels much more like my experience of the other place before it all went sour. Great to see so many familiar good people on here. Been enjoying reading some of the reposted blogs. Thanks lovely people.
