It’s 19 degrees outside with 40 mph wind gusts and as much as I’d like to not leave the house today, I told my mother I would pick up her order from the farmers market…. I feel no guilt or shame in changing her an exorbitant delivery fee

I should be surprised that the revelation that a large number of political, corporate, and cultural elite has extensive involvement with a predator has been met with a shrug by the majority of Americans, but I'm not.

It's a pretty damning indictment on how well the county did with plowing and storm cleanup when county schools are still closed over 7 days after the storm ended...

I am trying to to appreciate the county’s attempt to provide passable way down my street, but it really hard to do when said attempt consists of one drive down the street with the plow angled such that it dumps a wall road snow and ice at the foot of my driveway….
