One of my #NewYearsResolutions is to start listening to radio and podcasts again. After the election, I cut it all out, cold turkey. I noticed, tho, the negative effect on my psyche. I loved my shows - science, news, and especially comedy. Now I’ve processed it enough to be engaged, so I’m back!
