The diagnosis is propofol frenzy (aka propofol neuroexcitation).
The hallmarks are:
- Development when propofol sedation is wearing off
- Impaired consciousness
- Violent motor activity
This will usually be misdiagnosed initially as a seizure.
The key clue is context & knowledge of the syndrome
The hallmarks are:

Very bad news late last week from CDC about maternal mortality in the USA - it continues to go up. The leading cause of death for #pregnant people in 2020 and 2021 was infectious diseases, especially #COVID.

It turns out that, if given enough time to slowly develop and thanks to the wonders of neuroplasticity, a person can go their whole life without realizing that 90% of their brain had been squished by MASSIVE hydrocephalus.
