The only thing I really miss from Twitter is being able to easily share screenshots from my games. Being able to take a screenshot on my switch or playstation and uploading right to social media was such a nice treat when it came to sharing.

After "film trilogy that dropped a critical plot point exclusively via timed Fortnite event" and "video game series whose story only makes sense if you're aware of the events of a canon pachinko machine", I feel like there are whole frontiers of user-hostile narrative design waiting to be explored.

1978 is one of my favorites in the 'movie that is mostly about talking' genre, which I think works really well when people get killed because holy moly do people get *eviscerated* in this movie. I think it gets better with time, honestly!

the fun thing about playing an rpg that lets you pick your character's gender is sometimes you can tell the writers expected you to play a specific gender, and the result is that by playing a girl instead a lot of interactions become very, very gay.
