Top EU diplomat Josep Borrell has this advice for the bloc as he wraps up a five-year term: Get united and start taking decisions faster, or you won’t be taken seriously as a geopolitical player.
"Really strange strategy" - EU foreign ministers aren't impressed with Olaf Scholz speaking with Putin on the phone. Even Josep Borrell distanced himself. Asked if he would speak to Putin, the HRVP said: "I don't think so."

"Really strange strategy" - EU foreign ministers aren't impressed with Olaf Scholz speaking with Putin on the phone. Even Josep Borrell distanced himself. Asked if he would speak to Putin, the HRVP said: "I don't think so."
