In May 2025 Sarah Ruggins will fight to claim the outright World Record for cycling the length of the UK and back, a total of 2,700KM.

Up before the birds, and crossing borders this morning (only the Tamar). On my way to #Bristol and excited, if a little bleary eyed, to meet with members of Bristol #Refugee and Asylum Seeker Partnership (BRASP) working to support people seeking safety and rebuilding their lives in the city.
