We are the Northern Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency. NICE's mandate is to illegally kidnap, illegally traffic and illegally deport sitting US senator and secret Canadian Ted Cruz. Ted was born in Calgary and therefore is no longer considered human by the American government (or Edmonton).

NICE is not acting under the Wartime Alien Enemies Act. Instead we've petitioned the US government to classify Ted Cruz's DNA as castor canadensis. Once he is legally a beaver we'll relocate him under the Canada Wildlife Act; where he can continue to gnaw on wood and be ignored by his family.
