My granny bought a walking stick, it’s now her favourite prop
she acted so delighted when she saw it in the shop.
But almost straight away, her face took on the look of doom
when Grandad said mistakenly “my wife has bought a broom.”

If any primary school teachers have units on performance poetry, why not book an online session with someone who has 35 years experience of performing poetry in schools. Lots of advice to children plus examples plenty of poems: Take a look at my showreel: youtube.com/watch?v=qxSXy2…
