Looks like there is an email scam going around related to UK VAT returns. I run two companies and received emails for both of them. As usual in these cases, don't click anything!! Sender email is a clear giveaway.

Another song tip, this time something more unknown. Love Rock was recorded by the Swedish band Neon Rose in the 70s. Wasn't very successful. This song has some "Black Betty" qualities and, as a guitarist, is loads of fun to play.

Yes, blanket Trump tariffs are likely to drive up prices for consumers, hurt US manufacturers, invite retaliation and if applied in North America disrupt well established NAFTA/USMCA supply chains.
But it may not be universally obvious, and Trump will have mitigation options.

Telling Mexican and Canadian governments to sit back and hope that the trade gods make it all OK when faced with Trump tariffs says more about a quasi-theological belief in the power of free trade than any serious appraisal of the current state of Canadian, Mexican or US politics

It feels like Bluesky now has the critical mass of interesting people and I am dipping into twitter much less than before. This is definitely a much nicer and more interesting environment.
