Hey, did anyone else feel like the roaring knight introduction scene was a bit off? I first played chapter 3, was at the scene and the battle starts and the opponent is just immediately labeled as the knight. But what if that’s not the knight?

I’ve noticed 2 extremely common tropes in mascot horror games (and kind of horror in general too) and they are:
1: character explores abandoned location and monster attacks
2: character works at (sketchy) location and monster attacks
1: character explores abandoned location and monster attacks

Yk that deltarune theory that’s like “the og fun gang had asriel & dess in it”? Here’s my own idea for that: what if those two heard the prophecy of calamity and tried to stop it even though they didn’t line up with the prophecy, and because of that bad stuff happened and dess went missing?
