This was from earlier in the year. I wanted to post this one just because I think its the most beautiful picture I've ever taken. This is Bode's Galaxy, a beautiful spiral of about 250 *billion* stars around 12-million light-years away. The little red patches along the arms are star-forming nebula!

This is sort of my first post here! I thought it might be fun to share. I do astrophotography sometimes! This is the Ring Nebula in the constellation Lyra; a really pretty planetary nebula about 2000 lightyears from earth. This picture is about 3 hours of exposure, taken from my backyard.

Sometimes I wonder if it's a mistake to mix my furry stuff and astronomy stuff on one account. It's not like a *whole* lot of people come to look, but does the furriness weird out the people who like the astronomy pictures? Do furries care about astro pics? No idea!
