I attempted making matcha pudding for a pot luck. We'll see. It's dairy free but not vegan because I used gelatin. Gonna garnish with raspberries and strawberries.
First taste was absurdly bitter so I added a crapton of sugar and I think it tastes good now.

The immense suffering of the majority of people on this planet, while the rich sit on more money than they can ever spend, enrages me a little.
Laying here since 5am in a lot of pain, arthritis knee, couch hurts my hips and my shoulder.
But there are people sleeping on literal rocks and rubble, so I'll roll over and try to ignore it.
But now it's time to get up.
Somehow thinking about that made it hurt less.
