I often find that a "Strong 7" on The Black List can be more valuable than a flat out 8.
It's that "you're almost there" feedback that REALLY forces me to think critically about how to take the screenplay from good to great, finding that final twist, deeper stakes, plants/payoffs.

As a #screenwriter with ADHD, using the Pomodoro Technique has been super helpful:
Basically, you write for 25 minutes, then take a 5 minute break that eventually becomes 49 minutes of scrolling through Bluesky.
It's awesome.
