Pure self entitlement.
I get that sometimes you're so focused on a certain issue in your life that you forget the effect is has on others, but like seriously. This so obviously affects disabled people, the elderly, and pretty much anyone not paying attention.

I remember the days of being annoyed when a 323 turns up instead of a 730, now I'm missing them like HELL :((((
