People like Gregg Wallace find employment and flourish in toxic, often masculine and misogynistic cultures where power imbalances prevail. Get your workplace culture right and you at least force conformity and decency. At best, everybody buys into respect and embraces diversity. It needs leadership

Today, social media displayed its positivity. We found a shivering little dog on our decking. She'd been missing from home for two days. Within an hour we had reunited her with a thrilled owner. Such a lovely thing.
