Today's adventure in audhd: getting to work in the midst of a panic attack and trying to explain to everyone that I might be in burnout because I was home alone for 5 days and it took a major toll on me, more so because it was the first time I'd been on my own for that long since the diagnoses

Giving my sona size changing powers, but it only works to shrink them to the perfect size to sleep on a belly. They have no control over this, as soon as the belly touches them they shrink/grow to be dwarved by belly.

- removed everything from my windowsills
- Cleaned my window sills and windows
- Reorganised my entire wardrobe
- Tidied and hoovered my room
- Levelled a gw1 character from 1 - 7
- drank and refilled my water bottle
This is like 3 weeks worth of stuff premed
