Truly. The distinction between the treatment of elderly Gaza demonstrators and far-right protestors suggests a complete breakdown in our moral compass.
Yet there was not an iota of understanding or sympathy for the legions of people peacefully protesting the genocide in Gaza, who are now being roundly labelled ‘terrorists.’ Why is it only ever the fash who have ‘legitimate’ concerns?
Fucking hell the standard of the debate on that asylum hotel protest is appalling. Broadcasters and politicians bending over backwards to defend and justify the actions of the protestors. Not even a hint of the bravery required to stand up or challenge far-right ideas.

NEW: Big study of low-traffic neighbourhoods in London suggest they cut road injuries and deaths by more than a third within their boundaries with no apparent negative safety effect on nearby roads. This feels a *major* boost for proponents of such schemes.

I missed this #networkrail scanning #biometric data from passengers. Security reasons are in there but I'd hope that maybe there should protections around not using or selling the data for any reasons at all.
At the current rate of #data-theft, this does not sound great

I'm really struggling with this. This is on a secured #azure virtual desktop. It may have been over "secured"
Trying to diagnose/fix #wsl on #windows10 having no network from #ubuntu.
curl demonstrates that DNS worked but it then times out.

Any help/hints appreciated
