“For and Against a United Ireland” was commissioned by ARINS (Analysing and Researching Ireland North and South), a joint project of @ria.ie and the Keough-Naughton Institute at @notredame.bsky.social.

The book is being published in the United States by @undpress.bsky.social.

On this #IndigenousPeoplesDay we are looking back to a beautiful event the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi hosted in the spring.

Potawatomi and Gaeltacht community members came together for music, a traditional meal, and to discuss experiences in preserving and revitalizing language. (1/2)

It was a joy to host sean-nós singer Gearóidín Breathnach at Notre Dame last week!

She met students in Irish language and poetry classes, visited with citizens of the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi, and discussed the importance and richness of oral traditions.
