I cannot establish routines. Just now I sat on my bed knowing I have to get ready for bed ie. clean my face, brush my teeth, moisturize etc.
It takes maybe 5 minutes. But my brain was screeching "I DON'T WANT TO YOU CAN'T MAKE ME LET'S JUST GO TO BED".

Habe beschlossen, dass ich bei meinen Schichten im JUZ jeweils was frisch zubereite. Ich bin manchmal awkward mit Kindern (in meiner neuen Schicht sind sie 10-14 Jahre alt), aber ich kann kochen und backen und die Kinder finden es gut, wenn was zu essen da ist. Gestern gab's Laugengebäck.

I keep thinking that if a social media platform provides GIFs, they should come provided with alt text. Quality alt text, because frankly sometimes (often) my brain is mush and I can't use words properly to explain what I mean, but a GIF shows my feelings exactly.

Ich war fünf Wochen in Reha und alles was ich gekriegt habe war eine "Irgendwas mit Neurodivergenz"-Diagnose.
Und das reicht mir auch völlig, danke sehr, mehr brauche ich nicht.
