I watched 8x03 live but I wasn’t prepared for how heavy this episode would be and got triggered a lot by it. It still makes me feel uneasy. Everyone’s performance was incredible, and I admire Lucy for being able to talk about her trauma to help someone else. Brave! But a more detailed TW was needed😵💫

How does season 8 just get better with every episode?? This really shows why so many of us get up in the middle of the night to watch it, theorise months and months about what’s gonna happen and to see the results like this… all worth it. The Rookie really does all of that.😭🥹
