Genuine question to sate my curiosity; are there gaming equivalents to trends in romantasy? You know, the Fourth Wing kind of stuff. I know about romancing npc's in cyberpunk/baldur's gate type stuff, but I feel like thats backstory and not the "main event", yknow?

I think that's true for most bigger showcases though. Either you get the editorial pick, or you have to spend 100k to get your trailer included.

Just the wrote the end to the "boss fight" chapter of this story/game I've been working, and damn.
I tend to put pieces of myself into what I write, but this was an abnormally emotional one for me. I hope I get to share it some day.

I haven't seen the movie, but I just finished reading #AmericanPsycho for the first time, and.... wtf is this book?
Extremely gruesome and graphic murder scenes, mixed with a constant drone of restaurant reservations, and random album reviews? Plot goes nowhere? I'm surprised by all this.

So wait...the post is complaining about their AI darling becoming more leftist? When every AI researcher has consistently warned that AI - left unsupervised - tends to move more to the right over time with inherent biases etc? So Musk is even failing at a thing that comes naturally to an AI?
