Ok, I have to say that Chapman's makes the best drumsticks now. Comparing their Yukon cone to Nestle drumsticks...real ice cream vs frozen dairy dessert, and real chocolate vs chocolatey coating on Nestle drumsticks. Chapman's tastes far better. Great job @chapmans.ca #icecream #drumsticks

My son ran the Ottawa Marathon yesterday and set a PB by about 27 minutes faster! I did this same race 26 years ago and am so proud of him. The race is full of beautiful spots like the Rideau Canal as well. Cheers to all fellow runners out there. #running #GreatDay #OttawaMarathon

A couple days ago I was in Toronto and saw an old man with a walker strolling in front of his seniors residence. I said hi to him and he seemed quite surprised and replied hi back. Kindness, like saying hi or opening a door for people humanize us and make the world better. Please try it. #Kindness
